Returns & Cancellations
Order cancellation before shipping
The customer can cancel the order without any associated cost, as long as it has not yet been processed. If the customer places an order and wants to cancel it, they must first check the status of the order. However, the customer must contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of their order. Only after this procedure is it possible for our Customer Service Department to request our warehouse to cancel the order. If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to accept them. However, the customer can make a return according to the conditions and return rules mentioned below.
Returns and exchanges
It is possible to make a return 60 days after delivery, after this period, Ricah reserves the right not to accept returns.
The Ricah Online Store does not accept direct product exchanges, we do refund the value of the items, so if you wish, you will have to make a new purchase with the size and color of the item you want.
If the purchased item is defective, you must return it, normally, you must indicate when submitting your return the reason and what is the defect in the item.
If our Quality Department certifies the defect or non-conformity of the item with what is presented in the online store, as reasons justifying the return, we will refund the entire amount paid for the item and we will not send a new one. article.
Submitting a return request in the Online Store is mandatory as otherwise we cannot process your return correctly, as well as refund the amount corresponding to your return.
How to make a return in the Online Store:
1. You must contact us by email (shop.ricah@gmail.com).
2. You must mention your name, telephone number, order number.
3. If you wish, you can leave any additional information you find relevant in the comments box.
4. Submit.
How returns are processed after submission:
Place the item(s) inside the original packaging, or if you no longer have it, in a package suitable for safe transport. Sending the product in a packaging different from that in which it was received determines the Customer's exclusive responsibility for any damage caused to the product. You must send the items together with the invoice and send them via post to the address:

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method originally used.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost for courier collection is calculated base on the country.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and ensuring that it is made in perfect conditions and within the stipulated period - 30 days - you will receive the amount corresponding to the item returned in the same way you made your purchase.

Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes (discounts)
When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotion code entitles the user to take advantage of a promotion/discount relating to the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign. Promotional codes are personal and non-transferable and can only be used for online purchases made on the website. The sale, exchange or donation of a promotional code is not permitted. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions or special offers.
Promotional codes are not exchangeable/exchangeable for money. José Jacinto Sucessores, Lda. has no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes.
